Inventory Runs Amok
Synopsis:
Bandanna has been searching through the inventory of Islay trading. A variety of interesting things were discovered. Including the crystals/shards used in the production of Ysyryl. Also a ball used in to communicate between different people, possibly between Demarian cells.
Also: 3 war golems were discovered. They appeared to be fully charged and ready to go except for not being turned on. The party decided to pack the war golems up and have them shipped to the Mage Corp for safe keeping. Just outside the gates of the Royal Court the war golems went active and started rampaging around causing a general ruckus. The mage corps was dispatched to deal with the problem. In the enusing fire fight the golem proves itself to be as resilliant as the advertising proclaims it to be. The mage corp and Triella manage to dispatch one. The second is sucked down a hole in the earth, KrackenHeads close behind.
The third leads the remains of the mage corp and the party on a erry chase throughout the city and it ends on the banks of the river. Jake attempts to gain control of the golem and manages to partially control it until it turns on him and attempt to make Jake pudding out of him. Finally the golem retires to the bottom of the river and apparently stops moving.
The Recounts of Fareavean: When working for the She'ar-tyl cult I had been commanded to recover the war golems and deliver them to my master Molokai or make them recoverable for him. I activiated the war golems in an attempt to recover them. Barring complete capture of the war golems I sacrificed one of them to the Mage Corp to allow the other two to be recovered later.
