Tegred was born in Squawkerstown and abandoned at a young age. He has no idea who his parents are, but he's probably the child of one of the local prostitutes.
Growing up on the streets, he had to be tough to survive. He faced many hardships and abuses over the years, but will generally avoid a direct fight.
He is an extremely good pickpocket and he enjoys pretending to be very generous at the local bars and taverns, buying drinks for patrons he's just pickpocketed.
