Councilman in the city of Mormoon. He is the councilman in charge of garbage collection and the graveyard across the river. His dwarf assistant is often seen around town working out the details of various plans that Baylon has come up with.
He likes to think of himself as an idea man. Big thinker who likes to let other people work out the details. Baylon continues to dream big and try to have a really big success where other people will respect his abilities.
Baylon is perceived as well intentioned but unable of unwilling to look into the details of a given job and as such has been shunted into a position where he can do little harm.
In the month of Harvest in the Year 53, he was forcibly thrown ejected from his post in the city of Mormoon and cast from the city. He was last seen limping south, covered in tar and feathers.
