Places/Nith Prefecture
The Nith prefecture is made up of a human like, possibily Nilhin people. So far they are seen to live in small communities. They have a strange 'problem' where there is a much large percentage of men born than women.
The Nith Prefecture used to be part of a larger country until it split into self governing prefectures because of political and religious differences with the other prefectures. Those prefectures being the Kronnoch and the Akura.
The leader of the Nith is referred to as The Prefect. While in the past this office may have only referred to the leader of that prefecture when the Akura, Nith and Kronnach were all part of one country, it now refers to the leader of only the Nith Prefecture.
The town of Nemuro is part of the Nith Prefecture, situated near the Drosophian Collective and the Giants of the region.
