Places/Nith Prefecture/Nemuro

The village of Nemuro is Part of the Nith Prefecture. Located just south of the Drysophian Collective, it is protected from the collective through a large stone wall (constructed by giants) and an artifical lake (the dam had been constructed by giants). The people Nemuro of the town encountered do not use the lake for any purposes other then fresh water. No boating or fishing. The people are afraid that by going out there their people will be called/taken by the tree people to the north (presumably the Drysophians). Until recently the town was head up by the man Shimura.
