Gap at Cromdale: Demarian elite-guards escort a large contingent of merchants through the gap, without paying tribute to the dwarves. The dwarves seize the shipment, and send the merchants and guard back to Demaria.

Gap at Cromdale: A second attempt to force a passage through the gap fails, and each time, a message is sent back with the caravan that the tribute has been increased.
